Lafrance Hospitality is seeking a General Manager to join our esteemed team at the AWARD WINNING Holiday Inn Express in Middletown, RI. 

As the General Manager of Holiday Inn Express, Middletown you will play a leading role in continuing the success of the property. Your focus will be on driving revenue, ensuring financial performance, and delivering exceptional guest service for every guest, every time. 

We are looking for an individual with prior General Management experience in a focused or full-service hotel environment. You should The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hiring, training, and motivating a team to deliver the highest level of guest service and employee retention. 

 At Lafrance Hospitality, we have over 75 years of expertise in the hospitality industry and currently operate 17 select service hotels with numerous brand affiliations. We are dedicated to working with our General Managers to achieve success and provide exceptional service for our guests.

Requirements

• Prior General Management experience in a focused or full-service hotel environment

• Prior Brand Experience Strongly Preferred 
• Ability to hire, train, and motivate a team to achieve exceptional guest service
• Ability to actively participate in sales efforts
• Proven ability to create and execute the hotel's annual operating budget
• Command of P&L management, forecasting, and STR analysis
• Knowledge and experience in managing all disciplines of the hotel including sales, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
