As an SDR at Klar, you will be the first line of engagement with prospective business clients, playing a crucial role in converting high-quality leads into qualified opportunities, fueling the sales pipeline and accelerating Klar’s B2B growth.
You will gain a 360º view of how a fintech GTM engine is built and have a real impact from day one, focusing on the top of the sales funnel, prospecting leads, qualifying them and guiding them through the enrollment process. The goal is to generate a strong pipeline of qualified prospects with high credit approval rate for the sales team.

What We Look For
While we don’t have an active opening right now, Hhere are some of the key skills we typically seek in our SDR’s:
✅Prospecting & Outreach: Execute structured outbound campaigns (calls, WhatsApp, emails, LinkedIn) to decision-makers in target companies, leveraging Klar’s enriched data and AI-driven prospecting tools.
✅Lead Qualification: Assess incoming and assigned leads by evaluating business fit, financial capacity, and interest signals. Validate contacts and ensure conversations are with the right decision-makers.
✅Pipeline Building: Consistently generate qualified meetings and opportunities, ensuring a healthy and predictable funnel.
✅Personalized Engagement: Tailor pitches and value propositions to specific client needs (credit, payments, working capital, etc.), aligning conversations with Klar’s solutions.
✅Collaboration with Growth & Product: Provide structured feedback from client interactions to continuously improve messaging, workflows, and product-market fit.
✅Performance Excellence: Work towards clear productivity goals (e.g., enrolments per SDR/month, conversion rates from lead to enrolled client, credit approval rate of enrolled clients) while maintaining high-quality interactions.
