🌱 Your SLP Role:

• Provide school-based therapy services for students from PreK to 12th grade.
• Conduct evaluations, deliver therapy, and collaborate closely with educators and families.
• Embrace a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach for each child you support.
• Enjoy the flexibility to customize your caseload with insights from your team.

🌱 Ideal Candidates

• CCC-SLPs or Clinical Fellows (CFs) who are eager to learn and seeking mentorship.

Requirements

• Meet all state and federal guidelines to be fully licensed in VA
• Education: Masters Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
• A strong interest and passion for providing creative, engaging and Neurodiversity Affirming Services
• A passion fo connecting with other SLPs and collaborative helping children succeed
• An independent self-started with a very positive, highly energetic work style.
