Your New Role

As a JOC Sales and Project Estimator, you’ll be the face of Mart, Inc., responsible for securing high-value JOC projects and ensuring smooth execution. Based in Irving, TX, your responsibilities include:

• Client Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with key school and municipal clients

• Project Evaluation – Meet with clients, assess job sites, and determine project scope

• Estimating & Bidding – Gather subcontractor bids, develop estimates, and submit proposals

• Project Coordination – Secure POs or contracts, request bonds/insurance, and hand off projects to PMs

• Multi-Project Management – Juggle multiple bids and site visits daily while responding to urgent client needs
