Independent Practice | $142,500K W2 | 20.5 Weeks of Service + Post-Call Days OFF

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our service-focused anesthesia team for a Job Share at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital in San Marcos, TX. Work alongside a seasoned group of 9 CRNAs and 2 MDs at a community hospital that offers a wide scope of care - just under an hour from both Austin and San Antonio.

Position Highlights:

• $142,500 W2 for 20.5 Weeks of Service 
• Post-call days
• Cases: General Surgery, Orthopedic, Endo/GI, OB/GYN
• Call is 1:9 when working and an average of one 24-hour OB shift per month.
• OB deliveries average <75/month
• CRNAs cover 5 sites of service daily
• Manageable rotating in-house call with post-call day off
• Collaborative team with strong autonomy and mutual support

Qualifications:

• Board Certified CRNA
• Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred, but we’re happy to train!
