This exciting development includes corporate offices, event venues, leisure facilities, and restaurants, and is currently in the pre-opening phase.

 

We’re looking for motivated individuals to help us mobilise and operate this dynamic, high-footfall site. You’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and supporting major events and daily operations.

Various Roles: Operations Managers, Night Shift Managers (4 on / 4 off), Cleaning Operatives Day and nights, Team Leaders D/N, Waste Team Leaders (Drivers), Waste Operatives, Window Cleaning Operatives, Specialist High-Level, Landscape.

Contract Type: Full-Time, Part-time and Flexible roles

Site Overview:

 

ABM, the leading provider of facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions, has been awarded a multi-service facilities contract at Olympia, the iconic West London venue currently undergoing a £1.3 billion redevelopment to become a world-class destination for music, entertainment, hospitality, retail, and culture.

 

Renowned for delivering operational excellence across some of the UK’s most complex, high-footfall public environments, ABM’s appointment reflects its reputation as a trusted partner to world-class venues. The contract with Olympia will cover high-level cleaning, waste management, pest control and landscaping services.

 

The new venue, positioned above the historic west exhibition hall, will become the largest of its kind in West London. ABM’s expertise will support Olympia’s diverse mix of occupiers, spanning commercial real estate, hospitality, retail, and live entertainment with solutions that evolve in line with the estate’s transformation.

 

With a legacy dating back to 1886, Olympia is one of the capital’s most historic exhibition and event spaces. Its transformation, due for completion soon, will deliver a new 4,400-capacity live music venue, two globally renowned hotels, restaurants, performance venues, creative office space, and public areas designed to bring energy and community to the heart of Kensington and Chelsea.

Current Opportunities/ Role overview:

·       Operations Manager
Lead site operations, manage teams, and ensure service excellence across all functions.

·       Night Shift Manager (4 on / 4 off)
Oversee night operations, coordinate teams, and maintain high standards during off-peak hours.

·       Cleaning Operative Team Leaders
Supervise cleaning teams, uphold quality standards, and support daily service delivery.

·       Waste Operative Team Leaders (Driver)
Lead waste management teams, operate vehicles, and ensure safe and efficient waste handling.

·       Cleaning Operatives (Days & Nights)
Deliver high-quality cleaning services across various areas of the complex.

·       Waste Operatives
Support waste segregation, disposal, and recycling processes.

·       Window Cleaning Operatives
Perform internal and external window cleaning to a professional standard.

·       Specialist High-Level Cleaning Operatives
Carry out specialist cleaning tasks at height using appropriate equipment and safety protocols.

·       Landscape Operatives
Maintain outdoor spaces, including planting, pruning, and general groundskeeping.
