Senior Communication Designer (Sales Enablement & Knowledge Management)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Communication Designer with a focus on knowledge strategy and Generative AI (Gen AI). Your primary mission will be to transform the intelligence generated by our contract managers into organized, visual, and accessible knowledge assets.
You won't just create graphic pieces; you will be the architect of our internal narrative, ensuring that sales learnings are documented and disseminated with clarity, impact, and fluidity.
What You Will Do:
Curation & Documentation: Extract tactical insights from sales and contract management, consolidating them into structured and intuitive documentation.
Platform Management: Build and maintain an internal site (knowledge hub) to centralize the team's solutions and best practices.
Active Internal Communication: Create and manage the content dissemination flow across channels like Google Chat, ensuring information reaches the right people directly.
Visual Identity & Formatting: Develop the visual identity for presentations and complex solutions, turning dense content into comprehensible and "internally marketable" visual materials.
Stakeholder Management: Work relationally to gain the trust of contract managers, facilitating access to valuable information, building relationships, and aligning expectations.
Desired Profile (Hard & Soft Skills):
Senior Experience: A solid track record in Communication Design, Strategic Design, or related fields.
Digital Dexterity: Experience with site-building tools (Google Sites, Notion, or similar) and managing corporate communication channels.
Visual Thinking: The ability to translate abstract business concepts into straightforward infographics, workflows, and layouts.
Relational Intelligence: A communicative and diplomatic profile to navigate different hierarchical levels and build partnerships with the sales team.
Organization & Synthesis: Exceptional ability to organize large volumes of information logically (Information Architecture).
Fluent English: Ability to synthesize complex Gen AI concepts, adapting the tone of voice for different corporate cultures.
Plus/Differentiators:
Previous experience with Sales or Customer Success teams.
Knowledge of Knowledge Management methodologies.
Expertise in the Google Workspace ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with Gen AI.
