Role Overview The Content Analyst is responsible for building the structure, organizing, and maintaining CI&T’s marketing content ecosystem. This role focuses on content governance, CMS organization, asset management, and operational consistency, ensuring that approved content is properly stored, maintained, and made accessible across teams. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain centralized content libraries and repositories Organize assets by format, region, vertical, and use case Ensure final assets are accurately labeled and easily searchable Publish pre-approved content updates and edits Manage content versioning, archiving, and expiration Ensure content follows established formatting, tagging, and metadata standards Maintain documentation for content processes and standards Support localization workflows and content duplication as needed Ensure agency deliverables are properly filed and version-controlled Required Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, or digital marketing support English proficiency for global coordination Hands-on experience working with a CMS or content management platform High attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working behind the scenes Reliable, methodical, and execution-focused Clear communicator across time zones Experience supporting local and global marketing teams
