We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business analysis, with exceptional English communication skills, as the role involves regular meetings with international clients. Responsibilities: - Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. - Facilitate meetings with clients to gather information and ensure that requirements are understood and met. - Create and present reports and presentations on data analysis and recommendations for process improvements. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional and technical specifications. - Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement and process optimization. - Work closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet business requirements. - Conduct acceptance testing and validation of implemented solutions. - Monitor industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Requirements: - Proven experience in conducting meetings and communicating with clients in English (fluent/advanced). - Strong data analysis skills and experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Knowledge of agile methodologies and Lean practices. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities..
