Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong technical knowledge to work alongside our Master Software Developer team on complex projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in understanding business requirements, translating technical specifications, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful product development. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools is essential, along with a solid understanding of backend technologies, including Python.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Proven experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with backend architecture and experience working with software development teams.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of programming languages (preferably Python) to facilitate effective communication with development teams.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL and NoSQL), and general software development lifecycle principles.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
