We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Senior Sales Operations professional to support CI&T’s Global Offerings. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, strategic delivery executives, and sales teams to improve sales pipeline efficiency, strengthen sales enablement, and ensure data accuracy and visibility across our CRM and reporting ecosystem. This is a strategic role with high impact, focused on scaling processes, enabling decision-making through data, and supporting CI&T’s growth in a fast-paced B2B technology environment. Responsibilities Maintain accurate, complete, and reliable data for Global Offerings within CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive). Analyze sales and pipeline data to generate insights and support decision-making. Optimize lead management and sales enablement processes to improve conversion Align CI&T’s sales process with customer buying journeys, identifying opportunities. Support process automation initiatives in partnership with technical and cross-functional teams. Organize and maintain sales assets, playbooks, and enablement materials. Track and report key performance indicators, pipeline health, and sales effectiveness. Provide regular visibility and updates to Senior Leadership on performance and budget execution. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead scoring, nurturing, and messaging alignment. Support sales onboarding and training initiatives using data-driven insights. Requirements for This Challenge Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong experience in sales operations, sales enablement in B2B technology companies. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot. Strong analytical skills and experience working with sales and pipeline data. Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Differentials Experience with marketing automation tools. Experience with process automation and scalable operations. Exposure to global or multi-region sales operations. Strong data visualization and reporting skills. Why Join CI&T?
