We are hiring a UI Designer to craft visually compelling, accessible, and usable interfaces for web and mobile products. You will translate product strategy and user research into polished visual systems, interactive prototypes, and production-ready assets that delight users and support business goals. This role partners closely with product managers, UX researchers, engineers, and other designers.
Responsibilities
Design visual interfaces for web and mobile products, including screens, components, and micro-interactions.
Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive demos to validate flows and hand off to engineering.
Develop and maintain design systems: components, tokens, documentation, and usage guidelines.
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate product requirements into elegant UI solutions.
Work from research insights to inform visual decisions and iterate on designs.
Produce production-ready assets and detailed specs for engineering handoff.
Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across projects.
Contribute to design reviews and critique sessions and mentor junior designers when needed.
Requirements and Skills
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience designing polished interfaces for digital products (web and mobile).
- Strong visual design skills: typography, color, layout, iconography, and motion.
-Design tools: expert in Figma; experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
-Prototyping tools: Figma prototyping, Principle, Framer, or equivalent.
- Design systems experience: building components, tokens, and documentation.
- Handoff skills: ability to produce clear specs, redlines, and assets for engineers.
- Accessibility knowledge: WCAG fundamentals and inclusive design practices.
- Communication: strong presentation and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.
Desired Skills
- Interaction design and motion for micro-interactions and transitions.
- Familiarity with user research methods and ability to apply insights to UI decisions.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to inform design iteration.
- Experience designing for international audiences and cross-cultural considerations.
- Background in HCI, visual design, or related field.
- Experience using generative AI tools to accelerate ideation and production.
- Mentoring experience and ability to lead design critiques and workshops.
