[Job-26226] Agentic QA Engineer (Tester), Brazil

Objective: Ensure the quality and functionality of the products developed through appropriate strategies and tools. The primary mission is to identify and report potential flaws, bugs, or issues in the software, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and expectations, as well as understanding all Project Business Rules and validating if the system meets all the Requirements raised, both functional and non-functional. Main Responsibilities/Activities: Develop test plans, defining strategies and approaches to evaluate software functionality and usability. Develop and execute functional, exploratory, regression, performance, security, and other types of tests as needed for the project. Automate test scenarios and/or support the development team using appropriate tools to increase the efficiency and coverage of tests performed. Identify the root causes of defects found, conducting in-depth analyses and actively working to reduce defect rates with the development team. Validate if the software complies with all established Business Rules, ensuring that the system functions correctly and achieves expected objectives. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to resolve identified issues and promote continuous software improvements. Document the tests conducted, producing reports and evidence records to assist in quality evaluation and issue tracking. Participate in planning meetings and code reviews to provide insights on quality and potential improvements. Analyze requirements and specifications to ensure that test scenarios cover all aspects of the software. Stay updated on best practices and testing tools, seeking to enhance skills and technical knowledge in the field. Ensure that the software is delivered defect-free to the customer, working toward the goal of zero defects in production. Apply and maintain the test pyramid (test layers/levels) to ensure its implementation. Understand and retrieve quality metrics to support agendas such as RCA. Implement and enhance automation algorithms and processes using AI techniques to improve workflow, reduce delivery time, and increase operational efficiency. Develop and maintain systems that promote continuous delivery and effective integration of new technologies, aligned with the /Flow strategy.
