We are looking for a Product Analyst to act as the customer representative and be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements and features. The primary mission is to ensure the development and delivery of valuable products aligned with customer needs and the company's business objectives.
Main Responsibilities/Activities:
Define the product roadmap aligned with the company's vision and strategy.
Elicit, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements, translating them into epics and user stories while adhering to DoR (Definition of Ready), DoD (Definition of Done), and AC (Acceptance Criteria), and functionalities for development.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure a clear understanding and correct implementation of requirements.
Manage the product backlog, prioritizing user stories based on value, risk, and customer needs.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, review, and retrospective to ensure the continuous delivery of value.
Conduct user testing to validate developed features, ensuring product quality.
Ensure effective communication among stakeholders by conveying relevant product information and updates.
Monitor product performance in the market, gather customer feedback, and make iterative improvements based on insights.
Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and best product management practices.
Collaborate with design teams (ensuring user needs are understood and addressed) and development teams (ensuring requirements are correctly implemented).
Contribute to the strategy for implementing AI at the company scale, aiming to optimize processes, identify automation opportunities, and promote an organizational culture aligned with the /Flow strategy. Develop and implement solutions that promote the effective use of AI across all areas of the company, seeking to improve performance and operational efficiency.
