We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our team and lead the development of scalable, high-quality software solutions, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI applied to real-world products.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using Python;
- Architect and evolve AI-powered solutions, from experimentation to production;
- Apply prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to real-world use cases;
- Prototype, test, and iterate on AI solutions, balancing experimentation with production readiness;
- Stay current with advances in Generative AI and translate them into practical applications;
- Build and integrate APIs and AI services into existing systems;
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to define technical solutions;
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and reliability through best practices, testing, and code reviews;
- Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor other engineers when needed.
Requirements
- Advanced English (speaking);
- Strong experience with Python in production environments;
- Solid experience developing backend services and APIs;
- Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning;
- Experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn);
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data;
- Exposure to agentic AI frameworks, autonomous agents, or multi-agent orchestration;
- Awareness of monitoring AI systems, including evaluation and validation processes, as well as performance, accuracy, and cost monitoring;
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows;
- Experience working in agile environments.
