Buscamos uma pessoa Gerente de Projetos com experiência na liderança de times ágeis de desenvolvimento de software para atuar em um ambiente colaborativo, ajudando a impulsionar resultados e a entregar valor em um de nossos clientes internacionais, em uma atuação híbrida.
Responsabilidades
- Atuação no papel de Gerente de Projetos, orquestrando diversas frentes de trabalho;
- Experiência com implantação e acompanhamento de métricas de desenvolvimento, qualidade, produtividade, negócios e saúde das aplicações.
- Boa comunicação e parceria com time e stakeholders (em Português e Inglês);
- Gestão de roadmap, técnica, de escopo e requisitos;
- Gestão de riscos, impedimentos e crise;
- Desenvolvimento de pessoas, engajamento e trabalho em equipe.
Requisitos
- Inglês avançado para conversação é essencial pois lidará com times globais
- Conceitos Lean e metodologias ágeis.
- Desenvolvimento de produtos digitais.
- Gestão de projetos e pessoas.
- Gerenciamento de contratos/unidades com várias frentes de trabalho.
- Domínio da operação, mobilizando clientes e equipes para a execução de ações corretivas ou preventivas.
