Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to join our technical team. This role requires an experienced professional who can lead development efforts, implement best practices, and work with modern DevOps tools and methodologies.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications following best practices and coding standards.
Implement and manage Bitbucket Pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with comprehensive test coverage.
Architect and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.).
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning.
Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
Must-Have Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, IT, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
Proficiency: Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Python 3.x.
Frameworks: Deep knowledge of at least one major Python framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar).
Databases: Proficiency with both relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
Containerization: Experience with Docker and container orchestration.
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with AI-powered development tools and methodologies (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.).
Knowledge of Kubernetes or container orchestration.
Familiarity with AWS monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, etc.).

Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
