Artificial Intelligence is our reality.  Objective: The objective of the IT Analyst role at CI&T is to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and facilities, supporting the company's technological needs and business operations. The main result expected from this role is to optimize IT facility resources, resolve technical issues, and provide support to internal stakeholders for smooth day-to-day operations. Full time position, required to be at the office minimum 3-4 times per week.  Main Responsibilities/Activities: Ensuring that our people have what they need to work effectively and securely. Triaging IT tickets and providing first/second line support. Tracking our IT assets, getting the right kit out to the right people, and knowing where everything is. Assisting the IT Managers globally with day to day tasks, such as setting up meeting room hardware and event technologies, ensuring correct kit and licenses are assigned for staff, maintaining supplier relationships, supporting ongoing efforts for information security certifications. Performing software updates on machines around the business. Onboarding and offboarding joiners and leavers. Monitors and maintains IT infrastructure and facilities, to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Performs routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, patches, and backups, to prevent downtime and minimize disruptions to operations. Troubleshoots technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity, providing timely resolution and escalation as needed. Manages inventory and asset tracking for IT equipment and resources, including procurement, deployment, and retirement processes. Coordinates with external vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of IT infrastructure and facilities. Implements and enforces security protocols and procedures to protect IT assets and data from unauthorized access or breaches. Provides technical support and assistance to internal stakeholders, including employees and other IT teams, to address IT-related inquiries and issues. Assists with planning and implementation of IT projects, such as office relocations, expansions, or technology upgrades, to support business growth and development. Contribute to the strategy for implementing AI at the company scale, aiming to optimize processes, identify automation opportunities, and promote an organizational culture aligned with the /Flow strategy. Develop and implement solutions that promote the effective use of AI across all areas of the company, seeking to improve performance and operational efficiency. The Ideal Candidate: A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT end-user support roles. Proficient in software tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and SmartSheet, with the ability to create charts and spreadsheets.. Strong knowledge in Windows 10 and 11, Linux Ubuntu, and Mac Os Strong knowledge in Platforms such as Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, Office 365, Adobe, Slack, and Zoom Strong knowledge of Patch management Strong knowledge of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software Strong knowledge of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) tools to comprehensively monitor and manage company assets Strong knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Ability to work independently Exceptional communication skills are a must, with fluency in both English and Spanish. You should be able to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, ensuring understanding and engagement across the team. Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of IT best practices. Strong passion for building positive employee relations and a collaborative work environment. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a focus on making an impact. A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and efficiency. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. A positive attitude and can-do spirit. Experience in IT troubleshooting, customer support and  or a relevant qualification.
