Your Role As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will: Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and maintain robust web applications using React for the frontend and Java for the backend. Lead Projects: Oversee the full development lifecycle, mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Innovate: Drive technical innovation by researching and integrating new technologies and frameworks. Collaborate: Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. What We’re Looking For Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React, Java and Spring Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading teams and projects, with a passion for mentoring others. Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a knack for troubleshooting and optimizing performance. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices. Nice to Have: Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration tools. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. #LI-BM2
