At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Assurance to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Quality Assurance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial and operational reports through meticulous validation and testing of dashboards. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of our deliverables, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate the correct application of filters in dashboards, ensuring user interactions yield expected results.
Perform spot validations using SQL queries to verify the accuracy of data presented in our dashboards.
Collaborate with product, design, and technology teams to enhance dashboard usability, meeting end-user needs.
Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to confirm that dashboard functionalities operate as intended and report any bugs or inconsistencies.
Document testing results and work with the team to resolve any validation issues encountered during the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-have Skills:
Advanced English (written/verbal).
Solid experience in software validation, particularly in the functionality and usability of dashboards.
Basic knowledge of SQL to execute queries for validating results displayed in dashboards.
Practical knowledge of testing concepts throughout the software development lifecycle, with a strong focus on user interface testing.
Strong analytical skills to prepare, execute, and report tests, ensuring dashboards function as expected.
Effective communication skills for reporting issues and suggesting improvements.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and related tools.
Nice-to-have Skills:
Experience with BI tools, such as Power BI, for validating and analyzing financial dashboards.
Enhanced SQL skills.
