[Job- 21561] Senior Quality Engineer (Mobile)

About CI&T We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team and lead quality assurance efforts for Android mobile applications developed for one of the top construction tech companies in the U.S. You’ll work on products used in the field by professionals building critical infrastructure — like roads, airports, and bridges. Your role will be key in shaping the testing strategy, improving automation, and raising the quality bar across the product and team. Responsibilities - Define and execute test strategies for Android mobile apps   - Design and automate test cases for functional, regression, and UI testing   - Work closely with developers and product managers to define test coverage and acceptance criteria   - Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and maintain test frameworks   - Monitor test results, track quality metrics, and improve testing practices   - Support and mentor other QA engineers and help strengthen quality culture within the team Technical Requirements - Strong experience testing Android applications   - Hands-on knowledge of tools like Espresso, UI Automator, or Appium   - Good understanding of test design, mobile QA challenges, and automation strategy   - Experience working with CI/CD tools   - Comfortable communicating in English with global teams You’ll stand out if you:   - Have experience with API testing using Postman or RestAssured   - Are familiar with CI/CD using Azure DevOps   - Have tested applications built with Jetpack Compose   - Have worked with tools like Firebase Test Lab, Crashlytics, or performance monitoring solutions  🚀 #LI-AM2 #MidSenior
