About CI&T We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our team in building modern, scalable mobile solutions for one of the leading technology companies in the U.S. construction industry. You’ll work on applications that support large infrastructure projects like roads, bridges, and airports. Your role will also include making key technical decisions and mentoring other engineers on the team. Responsibilities - Build and evolve Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose   - Help define and promote best practices for architecture, testing, and code quality   - Lead code reviews and technical discussions   - Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver features with high reliability   - Monitor app performance and contribute to scalable architecture decisions   - Mentor junior and mid-level developers on the team Technical Requirements - Solid experience with Kotlin and Android SDK   - Practical knowledge of Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Room, and dependency injection with Hilt or Dagger   - Good understanding of mobile architecture and testing practices   - Clear communication and autonomy in technical decision-making   - Comfortable working in English with distributed teams You’ll stand out if you:   - Have experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions   - Are familiar with Clean Architecture or similar scalable approaches   - Have used Firebase, Crashlytics, or Google Play Console in production environments   - Have worked with feature flag tools and release management workflows  🚀 #LI-TO1 #MidSenior
