Mandatory to have:
- English skills for conversation/communication
- Technical expertise in several areas (architecture, development, tests/quality, data)
- Expertise with Azure cloud, DevOps and C#
- Leadership profile to lead junior through senior professional teams
- Thought and commited professional to propose solutions and deliver implementations with high quality
- Good/great customer relationship, adapting the audience language accordingly
- Document creation skills
Good/Great to have:
- Thiking out-of-the-box to propose disruptive solutions and automations
- Knowledge and skill to lead meetings and PDCA presentation
- Mentoring skills for technical guidance
- Skills of project management, metrics, design patterns and best practices
