At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Content Management Specialist to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment where creativity meets technology.
Position Overview
As a Mid-Level Content Management Specialist, you will play a key role in creating, organizing, and managing digital content to engage target audiences and achieve business objectives. Leveraging your expertise in content management systems like AEM, SEO optimization, and content strategy, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and visually appealing content that aligns with brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
Write, edit, and proofread various types of content, including blog posts, website copy, social media updates, and marketing materials.
Use content management systems (CMS), particularly AEM, to organize, categorize, and manage website content.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to ensure maximum visibility and reach for target audiences.
Contribute to the development and implementation of content strategies that align with business goals and audience needs.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent and effective communication.
Promote content through social media, email marketing, and other outreach efforts, driving engagement and brand awareness.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content management and digital marketing.
Must-have Skills
Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), particularly AEM.
Strong understanding of SEO to optimize content for visibility and engagement.
Proven ability to create compelling and informative content in various formats, such as blog posts, articles, and social media updates.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for customizing and managing content.
Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing content and social media graphics.
Written and spoken english proficiency is required
Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with Figma for content and design collaboration.
