At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Copywriter to join our team in the USA. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment where creativity meets cutting-edge technology.
Position Overview
As a Junior Copywriter, you will craft compelling, on-brand digital content for a globally recognized brand in a fast-paced setting. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and precise copy that aligns with the voice of an iconic brand. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to high-quality deliverables that resonate with diverse audiences.
Key responsibilities
Produce sharp, on-brand digital copy for a highly visible global brand in a fast-paced environment.
Respond to feedback from brand partners, Legal teams, and other client stakeholders.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and work with design teams to align copy with visuals.
Maintain brand voice consistency across various campaigns and adapt seamlessly to an iconic brand tone.
Participate in research and testing to understand audience needs and improve content effectiveness.
Stay up to date on best practices in UX writing and marketing.
Manage multiple deliverables, ranging from long-form content to UX microcopy, while meeting tight deadlines.
Must-Have Skills
Mastery of English, with strong attention to grammar, spelling, and style.
Ability to write clear, concise, and accessible copy for modern digital audiences.
Experience collaborating with UX designers, product managers, and developers in an Agile environment.
Strong ability to translate audience needs into impactful and targeted copy.
Proven track record of maintaining brand voice across different campaigns and platforms.
Adaptability to work with new clients and brand voices in an evolving role.
Nice-to-have Skills
Experience with the automotive industry, Figma, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
