We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights. You will play a key role in understanding business objectives, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
-Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and process improvements.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
-Conduct market research, data analysis, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
-Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
-Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions.
-Support Agile development processes, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
-Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization in business processes.
-Prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and requirements gathering.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and SQL (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- -Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
