- Deep understanding of Salesforce data and metadata management.
- Proven experience in managing Salesforce integrations.
- Proven experience implementing DevOps culture in Salesforce environments.
- Skilled in maintaining and implementing automated deployment processes using tools like Gearset, Flosum, or Copado.
- Proficient in implementing code quality tools such as Salesforce Code Analyzer, Salesforce Graph Engine, PMD, and ESLint.
- Collaborate effectively with architecture, cloud infrastructure, prod Ops, cybersec, and development teams to gather and define technical platform requirements.
- Provide training and support to development and release management teams.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical wiki documentation.
- Expertise in designing and executing Salesforce org refreshes.
- Experience in performing data masking and data seeding.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Experience in executing technical assessment PoCs for Salesforce-related applications.
- Experience in vendor management and collaboration.
- Familiarity with AWS S3 Buckets, Own Data, and/or GRAX.
- Proficiency in English language.
