Java, Webservices position for Fleet Module

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust web service solutions to support the operational needs of the Fleet Module. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless integration between various systems and enhance the functionality of our fleet management application.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and web services for the Fleet Module.
• Implement RESTful and SOAP web services, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and efficient.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web services and application functionality.
• Develop and maintain documentation for application architecture, procedures, and user guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Java development, particularly with web services.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web service architectures.
• Proficiency in framework technologies such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience with database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with API management and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
