We're Hiring | Java Technical Lead (7–12 Years Experience)
Location: [Gurgaon/Pune]
Experience Required: 7 to 12 Years

Are you a hands-on Java expert with strong fundamentals in Core Java and a passion for leading high-performance teams? We're looking for a Java Technical Lead who can architect scalable solutions, guide developers, and own the end-to-end delivery of cloud-native applications.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust Java-based applications
  • Ensure code quality, architecture standards, and best practices across the team
  • Deep dive into Core Java – collections, multithreading, exception handling, performance tuning
  • Integrate with MQ systems (IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ) for reliable messaging
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS using EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.
  • Work with MongoDB for scalable NoSQL data storage and retrieval
  • Mentor team members and conduct code reviews
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and stakeholders for seamless delivery

What You Bring:
  • Strong expertise in Core Java (OOPs, data structures, multithreading, exception handling)
  • Experience with Java frameworks – Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA
  • Proven track record of leading development teams or tech initiatives
  • MQ Integration (IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, etc.)
  • AWS deployment experience – EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.
  • MongoDB – indexing, aggregation, performance tuning
  • Hands-on with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and cloud-native DevOps workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Certifications in Java, AWS, MongoDB, or related tech
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, automation pipelines, and microservices
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
