ProArch is seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead software development projects, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to project timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and architect scalable systems and microservices using Java technologies.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in development.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, implementing effective solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in Java development and share knowledge with the team.
  • Ensure compliance with software development standards and documentation processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java technologies.
  • Spring Boot, Oracle, Angular, CICD pipelines, Security scan tools (Veracode, Mend & Acunetix), Design patterns, Architectural principles, Agile methodology.
  • Proven experience in a technical lead role, guiding teams in software development projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
