This role is fully onsite, 5 days per week, working alongside a highly collaborative team of software engineers, QA professionals, and systems integrators in a secure environment. The ideal candidates will bring strong experience designing and executing automated test frameworks to validate complex, integrated systems. You will play a key role in ensuring software quality across UI, API, and backend services, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance in support of real-world operational missions. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to cutting-edge defense technology while working in a fast-paced, highly impactful program. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance and be comfortable operating in a fully classified, onsite setting. This is on a program that recently kicked off and expected to go through 2032. Qualifications/Responsibilities
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Commutable to the southern Denver, CO area
  • Lead and support Agile development efforts by organizing, managing, and delivering sprint-based software initiatives.
  • Architect, code, test, and troubleshoot software applications that fulfill high-priority mission objectives, applying structured analytical and quantitative methodologies.
  • Enforce and operate within defined development frameworks, leveraging approved tools, methodologies, and life-cycle governance practices.
  • Translate technical requirements by applying expertise in system architecture, hardware/software environments, operational mission systems, and end-user needs to produce scalable solutions.
  • Diagnose and remediate software defects, maintain comprehensive technical artifacts, and assess system operations to refine functional intent, data flows, outputs, and processing controls.
  • Develop, implement, and audit software engineering standards to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.
