We are looking for an experienced Identity Engineer with strong Java and Cloud expertise to support and deliver CIAM-related workstreams. The ideal candidate will design and build secure identity solutions, integrate modern authentication standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Customer Identity and Access Management capabilities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain identity services and integrations in Java.
Support and deliver CIAM-related workstreams, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle workflows.
Implement and integrate IAM standards such as OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
Work with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure) for application deployment, identity management, and service integrations.
Build scalable microservices and APIs for identity-related functionalities.
Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams to design secure identity architectures.
Troubleshoot identity issues and improve system reliability, performance, and security.

Must-Have Skills

Strong, hands-on experience in Java and backend development.
Proven experience working with Cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Experience building APIs, microservices, and integration workflows.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in Kotlin and Micronaut framework.
Knowledge of CIAM protocols and standards (OAuth, OIDC, SAML)
Exposure to Azure AD / Azure B2C, application registrations, and identity integrations.
Understanding of modern authentication, token-based access, and API security.

Good to Have

Experience in identity governance and access management tools.
Understanding of security best practices and cloud architecture patterns.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
