Java Fullstack Engineer

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 4 - 6 LPA)

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Java along with a robust understanding of fundamental Java principles.
• Practical experience in working with Spring Boot or Micronaut frameworks.
• Proven skills in React and experience with component-driven frontend development.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, or strong JavaScript capabilities combined with a readiness to quickly learn TypeScript.
• Solid familiarity with PostgreSQL or any other SQL database, including the ability to write queries and manage database tasks such as triggers.
• Experience in building microservices and RESTful API architectures.
• Competence in creating unit and integration tests using JUnit 5 for backend development and Jest/React Testing Library for frontend testing.
• A good grasp of design patterns that promote maintainable and scalable software design.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or equivalent.
• Understanding of infrastructure as code principles and familiarity with Terraform.

Work Experience Required:

• Between 2 to 4 years.

Ideal Candidates:

• Candidates available for immediate joining with practical project experience in both Java and React.
• Professionals who have previously worked in startup environments (preferred).
