Java Developer (Remote)

Experience - 4 years - 8 years

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who can work across development, cloud operations, and platform maintenance. This role requires strong knowledge of Java or Python (Java preferred), along with hands-on exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based systems.
The selected candidate will work across multiple technologies including Kafka (Confluent), MongoDB Atlas, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Snowflake, and various internal portals. Some technologies will be learned on the job, but a strong engineering foundation is essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java (preferred) or Python
• Practical experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud automation
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration (AKS, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to databases (MongoDB preferred)
• Basic understanding of event streaming systems (Kafka/Confluent)
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across application and infrastructure layers
• Experience managing environments (DEV, QA, PROD) is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
• Prior exposure to application support or SRE responsibilities
  Experience handling performance tuning and capacity planning
