Java Developer (Junior-Mid Level)

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our growing tech team in Stockholm. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–5 years of experience who wants to develop robust and scalable backend systems in an agile environment. You’ll be working on real-world projects in sectors such as fintech, e-commerce, or telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications

• Write clean, scalable, and testable code

• Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and agile planning

• Work with RESTful APIs, databases, and modern DevOps tools

• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product owners

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Java development

• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)

• Understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles

• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)

• Good communication skills in English, Swedish is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, or Docker

• Exposure to microservices and CI/CD pipelines

• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React)
