Job Summary

As a Java Developer, will be responsible for developing high-quality backend systems and applications using Java and related technologies. Will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, maintainable, and efficient code that powers mission-critical services and business operations.

Responsibilities & Duties 

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in system design and architectural decisions.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Follow Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and technical documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Java (8 or above) and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
