- Proficient in using GitLab and Jenkins for version control and continuous integration
- Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to tools like Instana, SonarQube, Grafana, and Kibana for monitoring, code quality, and log analysis
- Agile mindset with a focus on clean code, performance, and continuous improvement
- Strong collaboration skills, especially in cross-border teams
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
