What You’ll Do and the Impact You’ll Make
- Collaborate with a global cross-functional team in building customer-centric software products.
- Develop software applications using technologies that include and not limited to core Java (8+ , Kafka or messaging system, Hazelcast or Redis distributed cache, Web Frameworks like Spring boot, relational (Oracle) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Casandra, etc), with RESTful microservice architecture.
- Apply strong data structure and algorithm knowledge (trees, graphs, map, lists, arrays etc) to solve complex business and system challenges.
- Build and optimize microservice-based architectures, applying design patterns effectively to ensure maintainability and resilience.
- Provide hands-on development using Java 8+ and latest Java features, with strong emphasis on multi-threading and performance tuning.
- Update and maintain documentation for team processes, best practices, and software runbooks.
- Collaborating with GIT in a multi-developer team.
- Appreciation for clean and well documented code.
- Contribution to database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions.
Mandatory Skills

2+ years of relevant professional experience using core Java as a programming language.
- Solid principle, System design and microservice design pattern.

Programming Proficiency: Expertise in Java 8+, with practical exposure to latest Java features.
- Spring Boot.
- Distributed cache like Hazelcast or Redis.
- Jenkins, CICD pipeline.

Data Structures & Algorithms: In-depth understanding of trees, graphs, lists, arrays, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent delivery using Agile methodology.
- RDBMS for some of the persistence (but less frequent).
- Microservices Architecture does interservice communication using a proprietary messaging service.

Problem-Solving & Support: Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities with focus on resolving production issues quickly.
- Strong communication skills and work ethics.
- Passionate about professional software development.
