We are looking for Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading global platform connecting buyers and sellers. Be part of a dynamic, international team in Lisbon that values empathy, problem-solving, and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and efficient resolutions
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and procedures
- Handle customer queries with patience, professionalism, and empathy
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Experts, etc.) to improve the overall Customer Experience
- Identify opportunities for service improvement through customer feedback
Requirements
- Native or C1 level of Japanese
- Advanced level of English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or retail is a plus
- Ability to multitask and switch between various communication channels
- Team-player mindset and flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays
- Availability to work 40 hours per week and commute to the Lisbon office at least 2 days per week
