職務内容

ディスクロージャー関連業務全般
・決算（四半期・通期）発表：プレゼンテーション、質疑応答、想定問答集の作成
・市場の要請に基づく法定開示の準備

投資家向けロードショー（ディール・ノンディール）の企画・実行
・国内外の投資家との1on1ミーティングのアレンジ
・ロジスティクス（日程調整、出張手配など）

IRイベントの企画・実行
・R&Dデー、その他インベスターデー関連のプレゼンテーション作成

投資家からのあらゆる問い合わせへの24時間365日体制での対応とサポート

Activities
Preparation and execution of all disclosures
　　・Earnings (quarterly, annual) – presentation, Q&A, script drafting
　　・ Market-required regulatory disclosure preparations
Preparation and execution of investor non-deal & deal roadshows
　　・Japanese and non-Japanese investor 1-1 meeting preparations
　　・Logistics
Preparation and execution of IR events
　　・R&D day, and other investor day-related presentations
Preparing and assisting any investor request 24/7

・日本語および英語での高度な金融コミュニケーション能力
・資本市場に関する基礎知識と強い関心
・基本的なExcelおよびPowerPointスキル
・高い労働倫理と誠実さ（最も重要なスキル）
　経営陣や市場参加者の要求に応じ、長時間でも柔軟に働き、いつでも（週末を含む）対応可能な高いモチベーションと意欲
　機密情報を細心の注意を払って取り扱う能力
　日々学ぶ意欲があり、ヘルスケアセクターおよび世界の資本市場におけるその存在に情熱を持てること
　経営陣からの全ての要求に対して、鋭い切迫感を持って対応する能力

• Solid financial communication skills in Japanese and English
• Basic knowledge and strong interest in capital markets
• Basic excel and PPT skills
• Strong work ethic and integrity (most important skill)
　　o High motivation and drive to work flexibly long hours and ready to be mobilized any time (weekends included) vis a vis management and market participants’ requirement
　　o Necessity to handle sensitive information with utmost care in confidentiality
　　o Hunger to learn every day and passionate about the healthcare sector and its presence in the global capital markets
　　o An acute sense of urgency related to all requests made by management
