SAPアーキテクトとして、SAPソリューション、アーキテクチャ、成功したトランスフォーメーションに関して8年以上の実績を持つ高度な経験が求められます。優れたコンサルティング力とコミュニケーション力を備え、概念的に強く、実践的なハンズオン姿勢を持ち、同僚への助言やメンタリングを楽しみながら、ビジネスに成果をもたらすことができる方です。

戦略とガバナンス

• Santenのビジネス環境、ビジネスモデル、企業戦略を理解する
• ビジネス戦略とDITロードマップに沿ったERPおよび周辺システムのアーキテクチャビジョンを定義する
• 標準、ガイドライン、ガバナンスプロセスを備えた目的適合型のアーキテクチャフレームワークを確立する

ソリューション設計と実装

• ビジネスステークホルダーと連携し、要件を特定、共有理解を促進する概念設計を作成し、今後のプロジェクトの範囲とビジョンを明確化する
• SAP、Microsoft、その他最適なテクノロジーを活用し、ERPおよび周辺システムの実装を監督する
• プロジェクトがビジネス価値を生み出すソリューションを提供できるよう、機能面・技術面でガイダンスを提供し、コスト効率を重視したベストプラクティスを活用する
• パフォーマンス評価の一部は、あなたのアーキテクチャによって実現された効果に基づきます

Job’s mission

Digital and Information Technology (DIT) department has worldwide responsibility for all IT processes, solutions and services. The aim is to further enhance Santen functions by delivering value through ERP solutions and satellite applications.

Global ERP Center of Expertise is a small team of experts that generates tangible business value through sustainable and strong collaboration with the Santen business. It is the driver for continuous success to maximize the return on investment. The CoE team provides global guidance, architecture and best practices to the regional ERP teams.

Due to the size of Santen and the CoE, there is an opportunity to contribute to the direction of SAP Architecture at Santen. This includes involvement in both strategic and practical aspects, establishing governance processes, and determining how the team collaborates with the business to develop applications and implement business value.

As the SAP Architect you play a leading role in business engagement to understand their needs and translate that into cost effective, fit for purpose and scalable solutions. Enabling business process innovation, a better business-IT alignment, and cost excellence by improving customer satisfaction and reducing total cost of ownership (TCO).

You are the type of professional who naturally enthuses others with your ideas and clear vision. As our SAP Architect you are business focused and hands-on; understanding the breath of technology and drive the development and alignment of solution roadmaps with stakeholders across Santen.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

As our SAP Architect you are highly experienced with SAP solutions, architecture and succesful transformations with a proven track record of at least 8+ years. You have excellent consulting and communications skills; conceptually strong and pragmatic hands-on attitude that enjoys advising and mentoring our collegues and delivering results to our business.

Strategy and Governance

• Understand Santen’s business environment, business model and company strategy
• Define the architecture vision for ERP and its satellite systems, aligned with the business strategy and DIT roadmap
• Establish a fit for purpose architecture framework with standards, guidelines and governance processes

Solution design & Implementation

• Engage with business stakeholders to identify their requirements, develop conceptual designs to foster a shared understanding, and outline the scope and vision for forthcoming projects.
• Oversee the implementation of ERP and satellite systems, leveraging SAP, Microsoft and best of breed technologies
• Providing functional and technical guidance to our professionals to ensure that projects are delivering solutions that are driving business value, leveraging best practices in a cost-effective way. Part of your performance will be measured against realized benefits from your architecture

Technology Leadership

• Taking thought leadership in our digital transformation including S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, and non SAP platforms
• Stay abreast of new SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and provide guidance on their adoption

Collaboration & Communication

• Developing positive relationships with our business and becoming a trusted advisor
• Work with stakeholders across the business and DIT teams, including senior management and service partners, to ensure alignment and succesful change delivery
• Ability to create concise and understandable explanations for why you propose a particular solution

• クラウドプラットフォーム（AWS、Azure、GCP）およびハイブリッドアーキテクチャの経験

Education

Essential

• SAP HANA Certified
• Master degree in computer science, information systems, or business administration
• Architecture certification
• Fluent in English

Desirable

Experience

Essential

• 12+ years in SAP product consulting, systems integrations, or architecture role
• 8+ years in large scale transformation projects in SAP environments
• Translating business requirements into strategies, roadmaps and architecture
• Adaptability to changing environments and willingness to embrace new challenges
• Expertise in SAP modules such as S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and SuccessFactors
• Strong understanding of integration methodologies, including APIs and middleware solutions
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architecture

Desirable

• Experience with non SAP products like COUPA, MS Dynamics, Rapid Response
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Technical architecture analysis, research, design and development of new functionality and integrations with key applications and services under the SAP ecosystem
• Worked in an international environment with multiple nationalities in the teams across regions.
