Tripalink is seeking reliable, professional Janitorial Staff to maintain cleanliness and safety at our residential communities. The role ensures common areas and facilities are clean, welcoming, and well-kept to support excellent resident experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize common areas, lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and shared spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
Restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues
Perform scheduled and deep cleaning as assigned
Communicate with property management on site conditions
Perform unit turn cleanings between resident move-outs and move-ins to ensure units meet Tripalink cleanliness standards
Provide in-unit housekeeping for shared living areas, including kitchens, living rooms, and balconies
Clean and maintain property trash rooms and waste disposal areas to ensure proper sanitation and organization
Support ongoing cleaning of common areas across the property, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment
Qualifications:
Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and ability to lift/stand as needed
Reliable transportation to property sites
