Founded in 2013 with the mission to democratize financial services for merchants engaged in e-commerce and make them accessible for everyone, iyzico is a leading fintech company offering innovative payment and financial solutions to both businesses and consumers. Responsibilities
Reviewing individual and corporate merchant applications and related documents
Checking whether customers comply with the Central Bank, MASAK and iyzico criteria
Following new merchant procedures from the application phase
Ensuring the completion of the process of new merchants in accordance with iyzico standards
Sending business contracts to new merchants
Finding solutions to new merchants’ questions and problems via phone and e-mail
Qualifications
Bachelor or associate degree in the related discipline of the economic and administrative sciences or equivalent experience
Self-motivation and self-responsibility the ability to learn quickly and work independently and in a team, with minimum direction
Have experience in Onboarding or Customer Relations teams
Customer-oriented thinking and giving importance to customer satisfaction
Attention to detail, responsible and able to take initiative
Can be flexible to work weekends, holidays and/or extended hours as needed
Experience in e-commerce or the payment industry is a plus
