The Opportunity

We’re expanding our Enterprise Sales Team and seeking a driven, relationship-focused ITAM Sales Professional to grow our client partnerships, particularly in the healthcare field. You’ll collaborate with clients to design and implement complete IT asset management programs — from deployment through secure disposal — while representing ER2’s values of humility, service, and continuous improvement.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored IT lifecycle solutions.
  • Partner with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track your pipeline and performance metrics to meet and exceed revenue goals.

About You

  • 5+ years of complex B2B sales experience (IT, hardware, or SaaS preferred)
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strategic hunter mentality with strong follow-through
  • Skilled communicator, able to connect with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Google Suite, and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or IT preferred
