As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their inquiries and technical issues related to our products and services. Your friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and a smooth support experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues reported by customers.
• Guide customers through product features and solutions with clarity and empathy.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the system accurately for future reference.
• Collaborate with colleagues to escalate unresolved issues and improve service processes.
• Engage in training programs to enhance your product knowledge and support skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
• Experience in customer support or technical support roles is preferred but not required.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Enthusiasm for technology and troubleshooting.
