Italian Speaking Technical Support Advisor

Your Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers in resolving technical issues related to our technology products.
• Diagnose problems and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate clients about the features and benefits of our products and services.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and share knowledge.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product changes and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong technical background and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Team player who can work effectively in a collaborative environment.
