Your Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers concerning our cloud services.
• Diagnose technical issues and offer effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers in maximising the use of our products and services.
• Accurately document customer interactions and the solutions provided for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and immerse yourself in a new culture.
