Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary assistance to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and offer effective solutions to enhance customer experiences.
• Educate customers about our products and services, guiding them on best usage practices.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain necessary records for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and address common customer challenges.
• Participate in continuous training and development to stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service.
• Previous experience in a support or customer service role is an advantage.
• Technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
