As an Italian Speaking Email Support Specialist, you will engage with clients through email, efficiently addressing their inquiries and offering resolutions to any issues they may encounter. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will help maintain our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to email inquiries from Italian-speaking customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions while ensuring a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to aid in service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
• Participate in training sessions to stay current with product offerings and support practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
• Previous experience in customer service or email support is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage workloads effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
