Your Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to email inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Participate in training to develop your skills and knowledge about our services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in email support or customer service is preferred but not required.
